Innovation pédagogique : un Blended Intensif Programme (BIP) pour explorer de nouvelles façons d’enseigner

Ce BIP a pour objectif de permettre aux enseignants (et futurs enseignants) de se former à des approches pédagogiques innovantes, en gardant toujours en tête un objectif commun : l’inclusion et la justice sociale pour l’ensemble des étudiants.

Le BIP se tiendra en ligne puis en présentiel à l’UFR SJEPG, du 26 Mai au 19 Juin 2026. La partie présentielle se tiendra du 15 au 19 juin 2026.

Au programme, les participants pourront :

• découvrir des méthodes et stratégies d’enseignement innovantes ;
• partager leurs idées et expériences avec des collègues issus de disciplines variées ;
• enrichir leurs pratiques pédagogiques grâce à des activités concrètes et des temps d’échange.

Ce BIP s’adresse aux enseignants et futurs enseignants.

Conditions importantes à noter :

• Le nombre de participants est limité à 30 personnes.
• En cas de forte demande, la priorité sera donnée :
• aux personnes proposant une contribution (présentation) lors de la partie en ligne ou en présentiel du BIP ;
• aux participants bénéficiant d’une bourse Erasmus.

Le BIP se déroulera entièrement en anglais. Une bonne maîtrise de la langue est donc nécessaire.

Course content :

Theme 1: Student-Centred Learning Approaches:

• Active Learning & Flipped Learning: Both emphasize engaging students directly in the learning process, either through active participation during class or by introducing material before class to enrich in-class activities.
• Challenge-Based Learning: Focuses on student engagement through tackling real-world problems.
• Slow Learning: Supports regular and lifelong learning by encouraging a sustainable pace and continuous development over time It is about pacing the learning to the students' needs, which is a student-centred approach.

Theme 2: Inclusive and Collaborative Education:

• Inclusive Learning Environments: This is a key theme that supports the success of all students, respecting diverse backgrounds and needs.
•  Work Integrated Learning & Multidisciplinary Learning: This method bridges academic knowledge with real-world application. Both can foster inclusivity by addressing a variety of learning styles and connecting diverse areas of knowledge.

Theme 3: Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Learning:

• Use of AI in class: how can AI be used in class? Or by teachers?
• Use of AI at home: how do students use AI? What consequences for the teachers? Is homework still pertinent? Should teachers follow the trend, be proactive and teach students how to use AI in a proper and efficient way?

Theme 4: Digital Innovation and Technology in Learning:

• Technology-Enhanced Learning: focus on digital tools such as Wooclap, Kahoot, Mentimeter
• MOOCs and Educational Videos: They also belong to the digital domain, expanding learning opportunities through online courses and video content.
• Learning Analytics in Education & E-Assessment: The cornerstone for this theme, focusing on the use of data to inform and improve teaching and learning practices, and e-assessment implementation.

Theme 5: Engagement and Motivation through Gamification and Design:

• Gamification: Directly aimed at increasing engagement and motivation.
• Design Thinking in Education: Fosters a creative and problem-solving mindset which is complementary to the motivational strategies used in gamification.

• Theme 6: New ways of teaching – hybridisation and internationalisation:
• COILs: Collaborative Online International Learning aim at setting up a hybrid, international course with a colleague from another part of Europe, which will usually be part of the students training.
• Micro-credentials: are short-term learning experiences. They offer a flexible, targeted way to help people develop the knowledge, skills and competences they need for their personal and professional development.
• Joint Course Units : they are teaching elements, both curricular and extracurricular. Generally, they are offered over one or, at most, two semesters of an academic year. In some cases, they include complete modules from study programmes that can later be recognized in other programmes of the alliance partners.
